Saute large batches of ground beef, meat, and vegetables in a commercial skillet/braiser. These units come in a variety of capacities, and with manual or power tilt features for your convenience. Using a tilt skillet/ braiser is generally a more effective method of cooking, sauteing, and boiling large volumes of food in comparision to stockpots and ranges.
