Meet Our Team
Todd Schaeffer
As General Manager and Vice President of Singer Ashland, Todd ensures smooth and efficient operations across the division. Todd had previously served as the VP of Operations for Singer Ashland and has been an integral part of the division’s growth for nearly twenty years overseeing the Estimating, Purchasing and CADD Departments throughout his tenure. A former chain owner-operator himself, his extensive personal experience vets detailed assessment of construction based projects with integrated foodservice workflow.
Todd Wilkinson
As Senior Project Manager for the Powhatan office, Todd oversees and assists his teams’ projects from start to finish to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of products and services. Todd manages the installation schedule for each job in the Virginia/Carolina area to create the most effective day-to-day operation. He has been a crucial asset to Singer Ashland for 3 years and has been in his current role for over one year. Prior to joining Singer Ashland, Todd had spent 23 years in retail construction, and two years with a general contractor. Todd brings an abundance of construction management expertise and adds value with his high-quality work and dedication.
Adam Renaldo
As Vice President of Finance, Adam is responsible for the Financial and Strategic Leadership and oversight of all of the company’s Contract Business, including accounting, finance, budgets and strategic planning. His career spans over 25 years of varied experience in accounting, financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. With experience in multiple areas of the construction industry including budgeting, project management and accounting, Adam adds value across many facets of the organization. Adam is an expert in internal strategic partnerships, planned growth & expansion and logistics.
