Ideal for both front and back of the house operations, rotisserie ovens produce perfectly cooked meats and poultry. A rotating spit powered by a motor, while moist hot air is circulated. They’re available in sizes ranging from countertop to high-volume units that accommodate dozens of birds. Depending on your operation’s needs, pass through units or see through models are available as well as stacking units for space saving. See-through models are ideal for front-of-the-house applications and can be used as merchandising, allowing customers to view the product while cooking increasing appeal. Available in both gas, typically larger higher-volume units and electric units for smaller outputs.
