Follett Ice Machines and Dispensers

Follett ice machines produce customer-preferred Chewblet® ice in configurations to fit your specific needs, including top mount and industry exclusive ice-through-a-tube options. Ice and water dispensers are available in countertop and free-standing units that come in multiple sizes. Singer is proud to offer a complete selection of Follett commercial ice machines and ice and water dispensers that is perfect for restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and offices.

Follett Symphony Plus Dispenser

The Follett Symphony Plus Dispenser was designed for greater ease of cleaning/sanitizing and serviceability. The Symphony Plus 12 Series includes the most compact footprint available for a 425 lb. per day ice and water dispenser. Follett Symphony Plus also provides automatic self-flushing to remove impurities and semi-automatic cleaning and sanitizing to reduce service time. The Symphony Plus 12 Series includes countertop and wall mount models to match the needs of your operation. Wall mount models come standard with SensorSAFE infrared dispensing while countertop models are also available with lever dispensing and can easily be converted to freestanding units with an optional base stand accessory.

Follett 7 Series Ice and Water Dispenser

Follett’s 7 Series countertop ice and water dispenser produces 125 lbs. of Chewblet® ice per day, while holding 7 lbs. of ice in storage. It’s ideal for a 25-to-30-person team and at only 17.5” tall, it’s the only ice and water dispenser specifically designed to fit underneath overhead cabinets. The 7 Series features a drainless design that refreezes melted ice, and sanitary, capacitive touch dispensing. For ultimate ease and convenience, it can be installed anywhere electricity and water are available.

Follett 15 Series Ice and Water Dispenser

Follett’s 15 Series countertop ice and water dispenser produces 125 lbs. of Chewblet® ice per day, while holding 15 lbs. of ice in storage. It’s an ideal unit for teams of up to 50. It also features sanitary, capacitive touch dispensing and a drainless design that refreezes melted ice. It can be installed anywhere there is electricity and water.

How do you clean a Follett ice machine?

It’s important to note that Follett ice machines are designed to prevent buildup and clogs from water with high levels of dissolved minerals. This largely eliminates the need to descale the ice machine between normal sanitizing intervals. Regular cleaning is initiated by pressing the clean button on the unit and waiting for the low water light to come on. Mix one gallon of Follett’s SafeCLEAN Plus solution and fill the cleaning cup until the cleaner full light comes on. Then, place one SaniSponge in the remaining solution. After replacing the cover on the cleaning cup, the machine will clean and flush three times. Wait for the machine to restart in approximately 15 minutes before pressing the power switch to off and disconnecting the coupling. Insert a dry SaniSponge with the push rod, followed by the SaniSponge soaked in solution. Now, reconnect the coupling and switch the power on.
