- Secure “C-Channel” Slides: The rack features unique “C” channel guides (1” x 1 ½” x .085” channel) designed to hold boxes securely by the rim. This design prevents boxes from tipping or falling, even when they are pulled partially out for access, and accommodates boxes with or without lids.
- Universal Box Compatibility: These units are engineered to accept 18” x 26” or 18” x 13” poly food boxes from major manufacturers, including Cambro©, Carlisle©, Continental©, and Rubbermaid©. Note: These units are specifically for poly boxes and will not hold standard 18” x 26” sheet pans.
- Heavy-Duty Construction: Built for the rigors of daily use, the framework is constructed of 1” x 1” x .070” wall aluminum tubing. The all-welded design ensures structural rigidity without the weight of steel, making the racks incredibly lightweight yet strong.
- Superior Mobility: Equipped with four 5” platform (plate) type swivel casters (two swivel, two swivel with brakes), these racks are built to be pushed around busy kitchens and coolers with ease.
- Sanitary Design: The rust-free aluminum construction is easy to clean and NSF Certified, making it ideal for wet environments like walk-in coolers and freezers.
