Humidified Holding Cabinet, Tall

The Hatco Flav-R-Savor® FSHC-17W1D Tall Humidified Holding Cabinet is capable of holding a larger quantity of hot foods at optimum serving temperatures for extended periods of times, allowing for advanced preparation ahead of peak-serving periods.

Fully insulated doors, side walls, top, bottom and control panels assist in heat retention and quick recovery heating system.
Uses thermostatically-controlled heat and humidity to keep food products hot for longer and includes a digital temperature readout, with a full temperature range of 80°F-200°F (27°C-93°C).
Single Lexan door with two dutch doors
Humidification system allows for a wider range of settings, including precise proofing.
12-sheet pan capacity on 3" (76 mm) centers, adjustable on 1.5" (38 mm) centers, with 12 universal pan slides, designed to accommodate up to 12 sheet pans, or up to 24 steam table pans
