Heated Drop In Food Well
Halo Heat® Drop-In Hot Wells offer longer holding capability without the hazards and costs associated with traditional steam wells. A simple electrical hookup is all you need, with no water, plumbing or water related installation or service costs.
The Alto-Shaam 300-HW is a hot food holding well with a stainless steel exterior. The hot well includes stainless steel interior walls with coved corners on two sides. HW models are controlled by a single adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10 and includes an indicator light. HWI and HWILF models are controlled by three (3) adjustable thermostats with a range of 1 through 10, each with an indicator light. The thermostat control is attached to the hot well base by a 72" (1892mm) flexible and water tight conduit. Accepts three (3) Full-size (gastronorm) pans
